The BluePrint Partner Network

Become a BluePrint Specialist Partner

BluePrint helps cost segregation firms receive qualified project opportunities from property owners, CPAs, and real estate advisors who have already built estimates and expressed interest in moving forward.

Why it's worth your time

Qualified projects, not cold leads

Every opportunity that reaches a specialist firm has already been educated, estimated, and organized on the platform.

More qualified leads — owners arrive with a benefit estimate already built
Less time educating cold prospects on what cost segregation is
Intake data already collected before the handoff
Property details organized upfront — basis, dates, documents
CPA and advisor relationships tracked with the project
Referral source documented, so attribution is never a dispute
Project fit assessed before handoff — right-sized work for your firm

What BluePrint provides

The demand side — everything before and around the study.

  • Lead generation from owners, CPAs, and advisors
  • Benefit estimate engine
  • Client education
  • Guided intake workflow
  • Document collection
  • Partner routing and matching
  • Project tracking from intake to delivery
  • Referral source attribution

What specialist firms provide

The fulfillment side — the technical work stays yours.

  • Technical study preparation
  • Engineering review
  • Final report
  • Client consultation
  • Audit support under your engagement terms

BluePrint does not replace cost segregation specialists. It helps clients and advisors reach the right specialist faster, with better information and less friction.

The one non-negotiable

Every specialist in the BluePrint network is required to stand behind the studies they complete.

Audit support on the completed study is a network standard, not optional marketing language. If a study's classifications, methodology, cost allocations, or supporting documentation are questioned, the firm that prepared it provides technical support for its work — and BluePrint coordinates communication between the client, the CPA, and your team. Firms that can't commit to that standard aren't a fit for the network.

How joining works

A short path to your first routed project

  1. 01
    Apply

Tell us about your firm — credentials, property-type focus, study sizes, states served, and how you support your completed work.

  2. 02
    Vetting call

We review methodology, engineering review process, report standards, and audit-support terms against the network standard.

  3. 03
    Receive routed projects

Approved firms receive project opportunities matched to their profile — estimate built, documents organized, referral source attributed.
